Through the Drexel Co-op program, general business majors alternate six months of classroom learning with six months of full-time professional experience through Drexel-approved employers. With plans of study that allow for up to three co-ops, students can gain as much as 18 months of practical, hands-on experience in the workplace, applying what they’ve learned in real-world settings long before graduation. LeBow's MS and MBA dual degree programs offer graduates the benefit of a cross-discipline advanced business education, enhancing their careers with two degrees. The General Business Department is responsible for teaching the general business courses required of all LeBow undergraduate students. These courses include Foundations of Business I and II and Business Consulting.

Only credits from regionally accredited institutions may be accepted in transfer. Failure to report any previous academic work at another college or university may be considered a violation of academic integrity. Students receive a broad and generalized understanding of the function of business and how the various sub-disciplines of business interact to contribute to the success of an organization. Students select courses across all business sub-disciplines, obtaining an understanding of the field of business. Courses are selected within a particular sub-discipline to develop specialized knowledge of a particular area of business. Positions available to graduates with a General Business major are those that require a broad, overarching understanding of the business function, rather than a specialized knowledge within a particular business sub-discipline.

Earn your BBA in general business, followed by an online MBA with a concentration in either business administration, supply chain management, healthcare administration or data analytics in just five years.
